Oh, I guess I shouldn’t have chosen to display the photo that would KILL YOU WITH CUTE right off the bat. Sorry (I’m not sorry) about that. Above you see my parents’ chihuahua, Chuy, and their brand-new potbelly piglet, Miss Yet-to-be-named-because-no-one-can-agree-on-a-name. They love each other. It’s so freaking adorable I can’t even stand it. When my mom texts me photos like this, I actually black out for a minute because I want my own pig so badly. True story. Although I think my landlords would kill me if I got a pig. I guess that solves that.

I’m going to blog more about this next week (try to contain your excitement, people), but mama got a new pair of shoes! I’m going to use these babies to whip this booty into shape. Because nothing says accountability like a $100 pair of running shoes staring you in the face every day.

This dog, you guys. Last night, Michael and Leia had gone to bed, but I stayed up toiling away on a project for work. Pancho stayed with me, because he’s a mama’s boy like that. But then I think he started to regret his decision, because I got up to go to the bathroom, and when I came back, he was gone. He had crawled into bed with Michael and Leia and left me alone. What a bunch of jerks.

I took this photo for my makeup boutique client’s Facebook. This is Eye Kandy eye & body glitter, which I always want to try but fear I am too old to wear. Either way, the colors are gorgeous.
That’s it for me this week. I really miss blogging on the regular, and I finally feel like I’m catching up from packing + moving + unpacking + passing out from exhaustion + working like a madwoman to catch up on all the work I missed when I was doing all that other stuff. So hopefully that means that next week, I’ll be back with a vengeance. I have lots of ideas for blogging over the summer and I’m determined to find the time + energy to follow through with them.

Yeah the “dying of cute” happened for me when I saw the picture of pancho! He is pretty darn cute and he’s a trooper for at least trying to stay up with you :)

Yes you can wear glitter! As a former make up artist (not that you could tell these days) the key is to be subtle about it… Use the glitter as eyeliner on top of your regular eyeliner. I sorta feel like seventeen magazine but whatever. Post pics if you wear the glitter. And yes, so so pretty!
