I’m back over at Roots & Rings today. Since I did so well with the Biggest Loser recap last week, Chelsea asked me to do it again this week. Typing while watching is always a challenge, so if it’s a mess, don’t blame me. Although I don’t know who you should blame if not me, but how about we blame Melissa, OK? Deal.
Today is my FINAL day of the 30 Day Shred. It’s been a crazy month, & I can’t wait to tell you all about my experiences & results. Look for that post soon, maybe even Friday!

Good job on the recap. That was a great episode, I cried a lot too. Mostly great because the EVIL WITCH is gone for good. : )
