
I had the honor of writing the Roots & Rings Biggest Loser post this week! Although, since I wrote it as I was watching, it’s pretty messy. I didn’t edit hardly at all, so please don’t judge me for any typos that may have slipped through the cracks. It was really fun to write. If you’re a Biggest Loser fan, check it out!
In that same vein, I am on Day 23 of the 30 Day Shred (and Day 3 of Level 3). I’m so sore I can hardly move, which I guess is what happens when you bump it up to Level 3, AKA Torture City. I’ve had a few people ask some questions about the Shred, so I plan to do a review post after the madness is over (April 7th, not like I’m counting or anything).

My week is just not the same when I don’t get to watch TBL AND I forget to set the DVR. I wish I could say I was doing as little as possible this week but it is busy as usual here in the Frozen North…which is finally thawing out.

I kind of have a love/hate relationship with Jillian. I got my mom to do it with me the other night and we were both shouting at her by the end of the workout (I’ve done it before, my mom had not.) Kudos to you on being sooo close to finishing it! :)
