You let our love fern die!
Have you ever wondered what your future children might look like? Wonder no more! MakeMeBabies.com does all the work for you.
Here we have our lovely daughter:

And our charming son:

I would like to say that A) Our children definitely have their momma’s forehead, and B) Our children are really, really creepy. While I was doing this, and trying not to pee from giggling so much, I couldn’t stop thinking about that one scene from How To Lose A Guy in 10 Days, when she’s being super annoying and clingy, photoshops their baby pictures together, and makes albums of “family outings” that have yet to take place. And then I’m all, “Michael! Look! It’s our future children!”
See, the great thing about being married is, you can be totally annoying and clingy without being afraid of repercussions. YOU JUST TRY TO LEAVE ME MICHAEL. YOU JUST TRY.
We celebrated an early Christmas with my side of the family this past weekend. Got some great gifts (I’ll post pictures soon) and had a wonderful time with family. I’m still not in the Christmas spirit, but I’m hoping to get there in the next 4 days.
When my mom found out I haven’t decorated, or put up my Christmas tree, she was horrified. She sent me home with a miniature, pre-lit tree, and despite all my mumbling and grumbling, I kind of love it. It’s nice to have a small piece of Christmas in the house, even if I don’t feel very festive.

One last thing: Today is my brother’s birthday. I don’t think he reads my blog (not regularly anyway), but I wanted to wish him a happy birthday. I can’t believe he’s 19. I must be getting old or something! I love you brother.
At my sister’s wedding rehearsal last summer.
Wow. This post was definitely a hodgepodge. Michael and I are going to “film” the answers to the questions y’all have been asking (and you’ve been asking some good ones!) in the next couple of days. If you haven’t asked one yet, click on that post and leave one in the comments!
Bah humbug.

I saw on twitter that your birthday is march 5th…mine is the 6th:)

The closer Christmas comes, the less excited I am. I think I’m just getting really bogged down with health stuff, seriously wacko stalker ex-boyfriends, the fact that I have no vacation from work, and my disaster of a house which my dogs are out to destroy. Sigh.

Your blog page has lice.

Annnd my question for Michael is: what do you do to annoy Lauren when you feel like annoying Lauren

And I’m totally going to try that with my Mike and I haha. (Just to clarify) hah
Also, you don’t HAVE to be a Christmas mood – but at least a good mood would be nice!

The kids in the movie were way creepier! Your kids, especially the girl, looks like they could be real people!

Maybe Stephen and I should make our future kids and then we can introduce them to yours. They will have to be friends, you know.
Can I borrow that dress in the summer?

That site is hilarious. My wife used the Volkswagen Routan baby maker, and it freaked me out. The baby had red hair. Niehter one of us has red hair.
My best friend does.

I’m not in the Christmas spirit yet either. I think a big part of it is the fact that we had to put our Christmas tree in the spare bedroom because our puppy was eating it. We don’t have any other decorations so it doesn’t look like Christmas at our place at all! I like your tree though, and “your” kids aren’t THAT creepy, lol. I’m going to try that site out on my husband when I get home

Is it creepy that I want to make future kids with my boyfriend’s face? And maybe an ex or two?
That’s just my sort of crazy.

I love that I knew exactly where the title of this post came from before I even opened it/read it. The kids are still pretty darn cute though!
Hope you and Michael have a lovely Christmas (and that the spirit finds it’s way to you… I just got it myself) and a wonderful New Year!
Oh, a question for you… will we get to meet you & Michael at a blogger meet-up? =)

I’ve seen other people do this for their kids and yours come out semi-normal looking compared to the freakshows some people post.

Okay, I spent like an hour playing on that site to make babies! I learned that a) the man I totally adore and I would have cute babies, and b) Johnny Depp and I should never, ever have children together. And somehow, the child of myself and Angelina Jolie is miraculously NOT hot. HOW?

I already have four kids! My husband is ready for number 5! Perhaps I should go make some more babies for us! That could totally be a new facebook application…lol! YoParent! Plug in your faces, have your babies then try to raise them virtually! LOL!
PS-I think your real babies will stand a much better chance at being adorable!
