I'm guessing that the etsy seller skimped on express or registered post... just saying, maybe? I mean, if it took 10-21 days then I would've shamefully missed all my cousins and grandparent's birthdays and Christmas presents, because I'm a horrid procrastinator too. I hope it gets there soon! I'm so sorry that it happened too! (As a Malaysian, I don't know why but I feel compelled to apologise even though I have nothing to do with our postal service system) Nevertheless, I left home like 7 years ago (and I'm gearing to go back in a couple of months) I'm prepping myself for a few setbacks and one major one would be the inefficiency of the postal service at home, and probably the banks too. So, maybe that 10-21 days wait makes sense.
